at Diamond Drill & Tool is Safe:

website uses the latest SSL (Secure Server Layer) security encryption
systems technology for processing credit card transactions.
This encrypts all your payment information, including the credit
card information, so that is cannot be read as the information
travels over the Internet. Information about your order,
including secure payment information is downloaded from the web
site immediately.
To further ensure security, no
information is stored
on the web site after the order information has been downloaded
for processing. Our main database and order processing
systems are not accessable via our website and our main systems
are not part of our online website.

Pay by Phone
or Mail!
When you finalize your order there are
several payment options - You can place the order and call us
with your credit card information; You can place the order
and mail us a check or money order; Or you can even place
the order and mail it directly to us with your credit card information.
To phone-in payment information or mail-in your order, merely
select the appropriate payment option at the bottom of the shopping
cart screen before finalizing your order.

Phone-In Orders
Technically,
Diamond Drill & Tool does not take orders over the phone.
However, an order can be placed on the web site using the payment
option "Phone-In Payment Info" - merely select
this payment option at the bottom of the shopping cart screen
before finalizing your order. The screen invoice and e-mail
confirmation give instructions on how to call us with your credit
card payment information.

Order Confirmation
When
finalizing an order, the invoice summary screen has a "Print"
option button which allows you to immediately print out a copy
of your order. Additionally, a confirmation of each order
is e-mailed to your e-mail address which was entered in the "Ordered
By" information screen. A printed copy of the invoice
is also sent with the order shipment and a shipping confirmation
is also e-mailed with the tracking number when the order actually
ships. Please be careful when entering your e-mail address,
as the confirmations are sent to the "Ordered By" e-mail
address on the order from. |

When you place an order, we need to know
your name, postal address, e-mail address, ship-to address, specific
items you are ordering, credit card number and expiration date.
This allows us to process your order and to contact you if there
are any problems.

What does DD&T
do to protect customer information?
When orders are placed, all payment information

customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

NO - we do not sell,
trade or rent this customer information to others. This
information is only used internally for the specific purpose
of processing your order.

Does DD&T
send e-mail or postal advertisements, sale fliers, etc?
NO - we do not send
any advertisements, sale fliers, notices, etc. An order
confirmation is sent via e-mail at the time an order is placed
and after the order has shipped, a shipping confirmation is sent
via e-mail. No other e-mail or postal mail is ever sent
unless we have reason to contact you to resolve a specific question
related to filling your order.
